Stay Active & Independent for Life (SAIL)

SAIL is a fitness program for older adults which can be done sitting or standing. It helps with strength, balance, and fitness and helps reduce the risk of falls. While it is geared towards senior citizens, people of ALL ages are welcome to attend. The class is free but space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot!
